About Journey to the Forty.
A fun game where participants play for free for a chance to win the top prize.

The game is combined with an art gallery with images from sponsors, and all brought together and made into family entertainment and uploaded to youtube.

How much is it to be a Sponsor?
For the UK, £15.
For USA, approximately $20.
Wherever you are in the world, you can be a Sponsor.
Residents in all countries are welcome.

I would like to be a Sponsor, where do I pay?
Go to the Shop, select 'Sponsor' and make payment.
Then go to 'Be a Sponsor' page and fill in the short form.

What payments do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards on a secure payment page in the Shop.
​
Will I receive acknowledgement as a Sponsor?
Yes, in the video you will see your first name, town or city and country where you live.
​
For privacy reasons only your first name will be shown in a video, you can opt in to include your full name if you wish.
​
In addition, if you are uploading an image, the description that you provide will appear next to the image.
​
Where do I provide my details?
Go to 'Be a Sponsor' page where you will be required to fill in a short form.
You can also upload an image on the same form.
​​As a Sponsor, can you keep me informed about when the video will be uploaded to youtube?
Yes, you can keep fully up to date with the video making progress.
VIDEO STATUS updates are on the home page.
Updates can include for example:
Scenes being filmed now
Editing video now
Uploaded to youtube.

How soon will the video be made?
Sponsors are invited to take part while scenes are being filmed, which can take up to a week.
After editing, video will be produced and uploaded to youtube within 48 hours.
Videos will be produced as quickly as possible.

What is the prize for the winner?

Who can be a Sponsor?
You need to be 18 or over to be a Sponsor, and be anywhere in the world.

I have an image I'd like to include, what type are you looking for?
If you have an image you would love the world to see, upload it.
All forms of art and other photos from members of the public, real and 'AI' generated including images taken by amateur and professional photographers, artists and crafters.

Can I be a Sponsor without uploading an image?
Yes, be part of the journey with or without an image.
​
What is the duration of each complete video?
Anything up to 25 minutes.
​
How long will my image be displayed for in a video?
30 seconds.
Of course, video can be paused for a longer look if needed.

​How many Sponsors will be in each video?
Currently up to 16.
​
​How can artists and crafters get their work included?
You will need to take a clear and in focus photo of your work.
Take a photo in good light, preferably natural light in the morning hours.

My art/photography is for sale, can you include information about my website?
Yes, be sure to add these details when you fill in the form on 'Be a sponsor' page.
Your website details will appear on the 'Our sponsors' page.

Can my image be uploaded straight from my phone?
Yes, the upload process is designed to be quick and easy, photo can be uploaded from a phone or the hard drive on your computer.

Are their any checks in place to ensure images are suitable?
Journey to the Forty is intended for all members of the family.
All images go through a verification process, any which are unsuitable will not be considered for inclusion in a video.

​Do I have to be owner of the image for it to be accepted?
Yes, it is important that you own the image or get permission from the image owner before you upload the image to this site.
Journey to the Forty displays images in the gallery in good faith and relies on sponsors to provide correct and honest information.

As a Sponsor, what information do you need from me?
Full Name (only your first name will be displayed in a video, unless you opt in for full name).
Town or City where you live.
Country where you live.
Email address required for order receipt to be sent.

All personal information provided will remain confidential.​

Are the AI images in the Art Gallery for sale?
Yes, these image are AI generated and they can be ordered in the shop as a digital download to your phone or computer.
Only images in the Art Gallery are available for sale.
