Sponsor Terms and Conditions

1. Wherever you live in the world, you are welcome to be a sponsor.

2. You must be 18 or over to be a Sponsor and to upload images to this site.

3. Journey to the Forty is intended to be enjoyed by all members of the family.

As such, All images uploaded to this site will be verified for a family audience.

4. As an image Sponsor, you are responsible for art or any other photo you upload to the site.

Journey to the Forty displays all art and photos in good faith, and relies on image sponsors providing correct and honest information.

5. You must be the owner of the image for it to appear in a video.

If you are not the owner, you must obtain permission from the image owner before you send the image file to this site.

Please do not upload art or photos which you don't own or can't get permission for.

6. All text in videos will appear in the English Language.

7. As a Sponsor, you will receive acknowledgement in a video with your first name, town or city and country where you live.

8. If you wish to include full name acknowledgement in a video, you may opt in on the Sponsor form.

9. If you are an image sponsor, the description of the image must be 20 words or less.
