Event Terms & Conditions
1. Live Music fee is dependant on number of people photographed.
Price per person to be discussed and agreed with venue.
2. For Live Music Events, the venue and artists can choose to share booking fee.
Both venue and artists will receive an email invite to view and download content.
3. For Guest Events, both guests and the venue will receive an email invite to view and download content from the photo gallery.
4. In the event Paul is unable to fulfil the booking for any reason, the booking fee will be refunded in full. In this case, Paul will inform the venue and artists as soon as possible prior to event.
5. Paul Coates Photography is fully insured including liability and indemnity.
Documents are available to view on request.
6. Venues can be a pub, cafe or coffee shop.
Other venue types will be considered.
