I'll hold an event at your establishment and entertain your guests.
As a venue you have three options, venue pays for their guests, 50/50 share between venue and guests or guests pay the full amount.
I combine photography with art and with the use of AI turn photos into beautiful images.
They will receive high quality photos and AI images your guests will love.

Event Terms & Conditions
1. For all events, an email address is required from guests and live music performers.
This is to allow for email invite to view and download content to a phone or computer.
2. All email addresses given shall remain confidential and will be deleted after download.
3. For guests, £4 per person with venue 50/50 split fee.
4. If venue is willing to 50/50 split fee per person, the venue will receive a 10% discount off venue total bill.
5. With no venue 50/50 split fee, guests pay £7.95 per person.
6. Live music fee is dependant on number of people photographed.
7. For live music events, the venue and performers can choose to share booking fee.
Both venue and artists will receive an email invite to view and download content.
8. With venue 50/50 split live music fee, the venue will receive a 10% discount off total live music venue bill.
9. With no venue 50/50 split live music fee, performers pay £20 per person.
10. Venues can be a pub, restaurant, cafe or coffee shop.
Other venue types will be considered.
11. Paul Coates Photography is fully insured including liability and indemnity.
Documents are available to view on request.
12. In the event Paul is unable to fulfil the arranged booking for any reason, Paul will inform the venue and performers (where applicable) as soon as possible prior to event.
